I have had endless problems with summercon. I pay exorbitant levies for my yard to have pipe bursts and damage to landscape , then for the yard to flood again yet having a huge store drain in my yard .

There is no emergency contact , and the one that was share just rings !! the guard house doesn’t have airtime, easy living estate doesn’t do anything to help in any emergency .

It’s the worst as a homeowner I get no compensation for my anxiety having my yard flood twice now ! And use my airtime to phone numbers that do not work . The way in which this property is built is not up to standard! Never buy summercon!!!

I’m Really disgusted with the response from CELLC ! It’s like your internal staff and relevant departments do not communicate!

I’m now waiting for feeback and was Lied to from CELLC saying people tried to contact me ! NO ONE CONTACTED ME !
I’ve been phoning and sending emails !

IM BEYOND ANGRY ! They say 2 days and someone will call and my refund will be done , it’s been a week ! And now they sayin my account is in arrears again ??? Ridiculous
