I have recently bought 4 packs of Super M chocolate & strawberry 200ml from Ferndale SPAR , I have been give my daughter the strawberry one a day , today I have opened the chocolate which has the best before date 25/07/26 and it was off !! Spoilt my daughter was feeling sick with a tummy issue and I was wondering why would have been a problem and realised that the two packs of chocolate SUPER M IS OFF ! This is totally unacceptable as the best before date is well with in the range . I need answers and investigation done , this is the 2nd time this has happened but from a different store . I need some type of compensation as this is not acceptable
I have paid my account and I still get my service suspended! When cell c phoned me I spoke to a lady who confirmed i actually over paid ! And now my service is suspended again Because of non payment . I’m sick of this
They got my phone number and have no regard for the POPI act and phone me 5 times a day !! I have blocked them and they are now harassing me
I had great service from Fourways crossing KFC I placed a order on Uber eats and they have forgot my large chips I didn’t not complain and just left it , I then get a call from KFC fourways crossing branch to say they forgot my chips and want to send it right away I said unfortunately I have finished my meal Therfore they took down my details and then send me a free meal for lunch time . Great service , brilliant follow up and they delivered non the promise . Thank you for great customer service
I have a very good experience Nelisiwe Thobela was on the ball and super efficient, understood what I needed and carried out the best way to get my claim processed . Love the fact that o did lot have be on the phone for days and explain everything was electronically done
Worst pizza ever ! I paid for two pizza and extra cheese there was no cheese ! And then got my base wrong gave me super thin bases on both ! Kept trying to phone the store and got no help no one answers . This is the 2nd time this happened even after customer service promised me this won’t happen ! I want my money back
I got ****** for my cell phone with a bolt for we and there is no way of contacting Bolt ! They are useless
Again my service is suspended , beacuse I made a fast pay payment in March and now in April and cell can’t allocate my payment and then debit me extra and when I dispute and pay the correct amount on cell c portal ( fast pay) get told I didn’t pay my bill and it’s in arrears and my service is suspended! This is disgusting and I cannot cancel my cell c contract as it’s a work one !!
I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of my pizza I received . There was hardly any cheese on my veg pizza , and hardly any toppings I also added and paid for extra rib on my pizza and I have 10 pieces I could count ! And top of it had to wait 1hr 30 mins for this delivery due to no mushrooms been in stock . It’s disgusting and disappointing I paid so much for this
I recently had my line cut due to Cell c not receiving and allocating funds to my account that I paid on fast pay on the website . This is not the 1st time Cell c has done this . They don’t allocate funds when using the fast pay service and cut people’s lines , therefore I can’t even phone customer care !!! It’s ridiculous . And then when I phoned customer care using someone else phone I was met with rudeness from the collection department who refused to open my line and then told me they can’t do anything untill funds have been allocated which was already a week later. I paid on the 28th Feb on the fast pay service and still got my line cut !!
