<p>I booked 2 rooms on Wed 15/06 for 16/06 for 2 nights and paid the deposit with CC, when we arrived there was no booking and no record of my deposit. I was told that it would be sorted out on 17/06 by accounts / reservations, now 18h00 and still no feedback. further when showering water just disappears then belts out hot water, went to breakfast and asked for poached eggs and got fried eggs, no bottled water in rooms. needed to send urgent email to a customer but couldnot because no one on duty including the duty manager did not know the settings for the WiFi (smtp settings) one problem is ok, 2 problems is still accepted but this is redicilous!!!! such a pity as it is such a beautiful hotel but totally miss managed!!!!</p>
