Absolutely ridiculous. I hyad 2 charges on my CC with no authorisation or OTPs. Just someone charging my card but according to FNB CC division i have to get hold of the "merchant" myself and fight the charges. I ask you this,,,, how do i fight with someone that i have no clue who they are. So JA where is the bank security protocols with all these OTPs and dual Verification and online security "????????
I would really love to leave a 5 star rating but unfortunately their after sales service is non exsistant. Whatsapp is a robot and you never get to speak to a person. I bought a bike auto play from them and trid to leave a product review on the web site with no luck. As much as I would love to give this unit a 5 star review I cannot. So positives are, it is easy to install, easy to pair with phone and maps are great, Spotify works pretty well. Unfortunately negatives are many. Advertised that it is a DVR and comes with front and rear cameras but that is false, it does not come with cameras and does not even have camera connections. I'm not fimi**** with android play so maybe it is what they all do so i could be way off base here. My believe is that when you mirror your phone to the unit it should give you selection of apps you would like to use while riding, unfortunely not the case. You can only use certain apps like phone, whatsapp, spotify, maps, telegram but having said that even these apps have very limited usage. WhatsApp, cannot send new messages only reply to message received and only if it was sent while riding and when you listen to message a voice keeps asking if you want to reply with no dismiss option, and askes about 3 times. Phone app has no search facility you have to scroll from the top everytime, so if you need a contact that starts with "S" it's quite a mission espcially because the screen is not a fast interactive screen. if you hit the wrong contact and go back you have to start all the way back at the top "A". You cannot add any other apps like, Cardo headset, to the screen so you have to have your phone on the dash to use these apps, so then whats the point of the unit really?

Cancelled my account for end december 2024, returned my free to use router and it was received on 14/01/2025. Now i get billed 1k for it!!! Sent them proof of delivery and receipt on 17/01 but still get invoiced. and all i get on the chat line is we are escullating the query, will take 24-48 hours. but no feed back and you cannot call them either everything must be done on chat line or whatsapp, utterly useless
Terrible service. Been down now second time this month for 48 hours and always on weekends. All they do is blame open serve. Yet on the dashboard it shows no outages. And even though payment is made in full every month they do not give credit for days on end outages. Apparently not their fault!!! And DON'T even bother trying to get assistance at night because apparently they only work office hours so ***** you if yiu have issues at night, when normal people are at home and using fibre at home because apparently you should only be using fibre during the day not at night when yiu not working. And never mind the fact that students are busy with online finals!!! Oh and they don't take calls either everything must be dobe on online chat.... which by the way needs internet connection..... which we don't have because we have outage!! Does this make sense or is it only me????
I returned a faulty item over a week ago, i have had no feedback from takelot on progress. logged on and looked under returns to see my return was actioned then canceled, with no notification. Now it shows that i still ahve the tiem even though in returns it shows collected. So no refund and no item retuned and no way to get hold of them to query this!!! Basically 1k item lost in limbo!!!!
I have a pending autorisation on my account which apparently according to FNB is a non copleted transaction/ incorrect OTP or details. But thet CANNOT tell me what it is for or which company. I have made no less that 15 phone calls to different departments and been on secure chat foe 2 hours with no joy. I have been told i must fill out a form that no can tell me where to get it BUT i need the vendor details which i do not know and FNB cannot tell me. So the funds will just stay in limbo until the vendor queries it, if ever!!!!
i orderered on ASAP app for amount of 384.94 but they decided in their wisdom to authorise 830.94 through my bank. now i am quering it as the amount of 830.94 is pending authorisation on my account and the right amount has not been charged off my account, according to them they have done nothing wrong and shows paid on their side. now i must send account statemnets to prove the transaction but uts sitting on pending so does not show on statement. BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO UNDERSATND THIS!!!!!@ THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I USE ASAP, ILL STICK TO 60/60
This is about Romans Pizza Mulbarton. Ordered via MrD and took MrD over an hour to collectn the order and deliver it, with missing items!! Manager by name of Neo called me and was very helpful and proffesional. Tried his best to help me, unfortunately Mr D is giving restaurants bad name with their bad service and enormous commisions they are now charging. But well done Neo and Roamans Mulbarton for your proffesionalism!
The fact that we get charged upto 30% more than normal menu price and restuarant pays commision to MrD and a delivery fee and when an order is delivered an hour late with ice cold food and items missing. The restuarant gets a bad name but actually they can prove that it is MrD at fault!!! And the best MrD can do is send an apology email . Day light ******* that is what it is. Totally unacceptable service. Looks like Uber eats is the way to go or even start a new delivery service.
