Unhappy with their poor customer service and zero response from they complaints team!

I have been waiting since 4 Dec for a clearance certificate. I was kept on a leash until they went on the December holiday break. Today is the 8th of Jan no feedback after I was promised they will look into this upon their return. When calling their offices there is no response.

So while they claim to assist customers they are definitely causing more stress.
