Disappointing

Very disappointing service. The staff is absolutely rude and unfriendly. When I arrived, there was no one to assist me with my luggage. We stood in the line for around 45 mins just to get breakfast, the bathrooms were very unhygienic and the room toilet had a smell. Very unpleasant experience, especially from the staff.

You pay so much money just to receive pathetic service like this. No hospitality what so ever.
