Vaughn talks the talk, but when he has your money you will not get a good thing from him again. He speaks to his workers in such a disgusting way, I was so embarrassed when he was yelling Edward on the phone so loud I could hear him from meters away. The pool cleaner he supplied is faulty and he refuses to do anything about it until I pay him what he now (5 months later) says I owe him for work he did me "as a favour" (I never asked for any favours, I asked for a quote, I accepted his quote and now he says I owe him more money) and therefore refuses to do anything until I pay the extra he is claiming. He left rubble that I had to pay to get removed. He didn't even supply the correct colour tile I asked for, but I decided to let it go as it would cost him too much to rectify it. I even tried to meet him half way on these apparent costs, but he insists all or nothing, without understanding that if you do work without a client's approval, then you cannot expect the client to just pay up what you think, after the fact?! He has become arrogant, rude, plain nasty, and has completely forgotten that I am a client that paid what I was asked to pay on the same day it was invoiced without a single argument. I have never in my life been treated so badly and I am going to make sure as many people as possible know to avoid him. Do NOT be conned by his friendly attitude, it is a front, and he is rude and unethical. How he is still in business amazes me.
