Unscrupulous pool installer
What a nice gentleman Mr Le Roux proves to be - charming and very understanding. You pay your deposit and the incremental payments to get your job done - having to chase regularly. Phone calls ignored, texts go unanswered. When you get hold of him he's making promises that never even get honored. Had my pool installed about 12 months before having issues with the solar and the filter system. What a nightmare to get hold of Vaughn!!! I've chatted to him a few times when he did answer...coming tomorrow, transport issues, getting parts and get back to you - an absolutely false sense of hope.
Definitely not a supplier or installer i would recommend at all. Great with promises but once you've paid.....forget it!

15 Jan 2021, 10:29The manufacturer of the solar panels has offered the parts free of charge for repairs to be done. Mr Le Roux is again avoiding my calls and messages even though its his responsibility to perform the fixes having been the installer. Even now with the bad feedback he's still not bothered to assist.....

05 Mar 2021, 13:05I actually forgot to provide an update on this torrid situation. The installer contacted me shortly after this review via email and basically told me to stuff off. Apparently i'm talking nonsense and solar panels that he installed are not his responsibility.... I beg your pardon, you charge me for something, i pay you, you install and when things go wrongs its not your responsibility. I really wish people would be honorable and do what is right!! Will definitely not be recommending this installer!

08 Mar 2021, 09:42like I said in my email, We don't manufacture solar panels we construct pools, I gave you the details of the manufacturer so that you could deal with them direct as they are responsible for the panels as they hold the guarantee

08 Mar 2021, 09:48and happy to do that provided i had an invoice to provide them to act upon....is that not something that you dont have for me so the choice to go to the manufacturer isnt viable....or are you going to refund me a portion of what they will charge to resolve since i dont have an invoice?

11 Mar 2021, 12:29Done with this conversation - was hoping there would be some accountability on the part of the installer but sadly there is no likelihood of that happening. The onus is on me to pay for repairs for for something that i've paid for already but that sadly is the state of doing decent business these days. Appreciate all the feedback you have given me on this platform, it would advice for you and any other customer who might take a chance in dealing with you, to actually return calls and emails directly in interactions rather than having to resort to a public review platform like this.
