I went to the branch at Mall of Africa to ask for a ***** as mine broke and I needed to replace it. They told me they don’t have any extra *****s. It was rather disappointing as a +10year customer who went there for the first time to ask for assistance. Instead I was advised to go downstairs to their competitor and ask if they have one.

Sunglass hit must consider having these at their premises in such cases which I believe are rare. I am disappointed by the lack of customer centric out focus post purchase
