I went to the branch at Mall of Africa to ask for a ***** as mine broke and I needed to replace it. They told me they donโt have any extra *****s. It was rather disappointing as a +10year customer who went there for the first time to ask for assistance. Instead I was advised to go downstairs to their competitor and ask if they have one. Sunglass hit must consider having these at their premises in such cases which I believe are rare. I am disappointed by the lack of customer centric out focus post purchase
Went for the second time for a service and the customer service was excellent! Estee was of great help and kept me updated on the progress. I really love their attention to detail,thank you very much Estee I appreciate it!!๐๐พ
I have asked for my funeral cover to be debited against a new account and they kept going back and forth about my debit orders not going through and as a result my policy was suspended. Only to discover months later that their fault was from their side
I was very happy with the service that was provided by Ganeefa from Hyperli,she managed to reverse 2 vouchers that I had ordered and was very prompt. Thank you very much Ganeefa,appreciate it๐๐พ
My booking got canceled with no given reason. They didn't have the decency to call and all the response I got was "we can't assist". In all the traveling I've done this is the worst management I've seen.
Stellar service!! I unfortunately did not like the heels I ordered only because they were too high, the team was very prompt in assisting me to return the item and get a refund. All this was done and confirmed within a day. And I'm very happy with the other items I ordered. Continue with the great service!
My order came within two days and I was charged the exact same amount as they had promised. They kept me in the loop on how far my goods were and they were of satisfactory quality. An overall great shopping experience.
Just to advice your company, you need to train your call Centre agents on call etiquette. I've had 2 agents call me and they were rude when I declined to give me quotations. One even hung up on me. This doesn't want me to desire to work with 1Life should I need any future services.
I waited +15 minutes for someone to come help me and still then no one came.I was not happy with the lack of services at all so I left and went to Game instead where I got the chairs and service as soon as I walked in.
I just received the best service! My internet was not working and it was stressing me because I'm working remotely, the technician stayed on the line with me for over an hour and was very patient will helping me to resolve the problem. A lot of people I know personally complain about the service so I was pleasantly surprised as it was my first time in the full year experiencing any problems. Kudos to Telkom's technical team!!
