Exceptional and humane treatment filled with love and respect

Yesterday I took my baby to the vet and received an overwhelmingly exceptional service and treatment, from when I arrived, informing them that my baby wasn't well, to him being immediately taken to the back and then meeting one of the most compassionate, understanding and kind doctor who didn't only take care of my baby but also comforted me and putting me at ease. I was updated on the progress during the day as I had to leave him for care and observation and when I fetched him, the doctor was again compassionate and took time to explain everything and answered all my questions. She didn't only treat my baby but myself too
