This is a very emotional testimony about Bonitas as they have been part of my life for years now. Not once have they ever disappointed me, they send people to check up on you when in hospital and provide aftercare and they make it feel so personal and not just formality. Their representatives treat you with humility and respect. I have never made to feel like a burden. They follow up on my progress, provide support and guidance where needed and I am never afraid whenever I am unwell because I know that they will ensure great care. I'm so grateful and feel blessed to have Bonitas by my side and will forever be grateful. Thanks Bonitas family ❤️🙏
Please note that I only owe 2 months installment, one for first month and the other for notice period as I cancelled my subscription in April due to bad network service yet I am billed over R3000 and have been handed over to lawyers I called and emailed Mweb to no avail. Please ask mweb to rectify this so that the correct amount is reflected on my account. I previously sent them an email and am surprised why I still get an inflated price.
Yesterday I took my baby to the vet and received an overwhelmingly exceptional service and treatment, from when I arrived, informing them that my baby wasn't well, to him being immediately taken to the back and then meeting one of the most compassionate, understanding and kind doctor who didn't only take care of my baby but also comforted me and putting me at ease. I was updated on the progress during the day as I had to leave him for care and observation and when I fetched him, the doctor was again compassionate and took time to explain everything and answered all my questions. She didn't only treat my baby but myself too Thank you so much Sunninghill Vet, you are amazing 😍😍
Greetings I just had a pleasant and informative conversation with Bernadine who was very kind and patient to take me through the policy for my babies, even explaining additional benefits and options I might need should I opt to upgrade. My boys kept disturbing us but she was patient throughout that. She left me smiling and grateful

I bought a Defy double door fridge on the 26th Nov 2023 at Game Mall of Africa and it has been working since I got it. I called numerous times at Gane Mall of Africa to complain it. They sent the first technician to check who said that there was nothing wrong with it yet it wasn't cold and only the Deep freezer was working, i then complained again and they sent a so called senior technician who said that the fridge needed to be regased which ge did and then he set it on the level that actually made it more hot to a point where even the deep freezer was warm. How do you regas a brand bew fridge and how come their technicians do not know what they were doing. Why should I ve fixing a brand new fridge. My food got spoilt to a point where we had to dispose them and now we are back to using the okd fridge which we we fortunately stored in the garage. I would like to request that they come collect their fridge and refund my money so i can go buy a proper fridge elsewhere
