Dishonest

When I got in the room I could literally see the dust on the windows with my naked eye. The mirrors were cracked and had spots on them. The day time service was terrible, the sewage blew up twice on the passage to the pool, and electricity was cut off during our stay.

The worst thing was, when I asked if they do cleaning service they said, only to charge us on the deposit when we left. Accidents happened due to negligence and when I wanted to report the sewage burst , the reception was never available. We had to wait 5 Min everytime to enter for her to open the gates.

It's truly the dishonesty of the cleaning that set me off, how can you give me 6 plates and cups + cutlery and say that it's extra charge to clean because it takes longer to wash exactly what is offered.
