The worst when it comes to booking appointments and being attended to
I booked an appointment weeks ago and when I got there (on time ) for my appointment, there were over 12 other patients waiting to see the same doctor. Not only did I waste my time driving to the facility but I wasted petrol. When I complain on social media, I met with arrogance.Bare in mind this is not the first time this is happening where I have to turn at the facility because they failed to communicate that there’s a backlog of patients or no electricity. The social media consultant literally went on to Say “like I said we apologize for the inconvenience “ when asked about my time and petrol wasted: I definitely would not recommend. Customer service is poor and clients aren’t being taken seriously
