The worst when it comes to booking appointments and being attended to I booked an appointment weeks ago and when I got there (on time ) for my appointment, there were over 12 other patients waiting to see the same doctor. Not only did I waste my time driving to the facility but I wasted petrol. When I complain on social media, I met with arrogance.Bare in mind this is not the first time this is happening where I have to turn at the facility because they failed to communicate that there’s a backlog of patients or no electricity. The social media consultant literally went on to Say “like I said we apologize for the inconvenience “ when asked about my time and petrol wasted: I definitely would not recommend. Customer service is poor and clients aren’t being taken seriously

Wow! What a WOW! It was my 2nd visit, the atmosphere was welcoming, communication was very good, my tooth extraction was smooth, painless and stress free. It was my 1st time extracting a tooth, the procedure took less than 15minute,imagine and the whole experience was the best. Thank you Dr KP Mokuele and the Team for the amazing service. Keep up the good work.

Wow! What a WOW! It was my 2nd visit, the atmosphere was welcoming, communication was very good, my tooth extraction was smooth, painless and stress free. Awesome, Friendly and Informative service received. The waiting area is welcoming, a receptionist was happy to assist me as it was my first time. The visit was extra ordinary for me, all thanks to you Noluthando Vilakazi, you were accomodative, friendly, social and displaying passion in what you do. At 1st i was worried by these negative comments but Wow for me it was a different experience. See you soon :-)

Awesome, Friendly and Informative service received. The waiting area is welcoming, a receptionist was happy to assist me as it was my first time. I am in disbelief of what I just experienced at soweto branch today the 20th of September. My daughter's check was rescheduled from the 13th to the 20th. After thr check up she was told she cannot have her check ups on Saturday anymore so she called me as i was waiting for her in the car. Went inside and the lady who was working today told me with attitude that they were accommodating her for Saturdays as they don't take Saturdays bookings for braces hence they rescheduled her appointment from the 13th to 20th September. So she will do me a favor by squeezing her on the 1st of November. Why must Soweto branch treat me like we getting this service for free? Head office came to my rescue to have Saturdays appointment as they initially told me if I can't come during the week I must go to fourways. I paid the full amount and I am told she's doing me a favor by squeezing me and I must diarized the booking. What happened to receiving an sms. May I humble ask Management to look at Saturdays bookings issue at Soweto branch, customer service( They look on her face when i went any inside to ask about thr Saturday booking issue) if Saturday booking is an issue, they should rather tell you upfront so you decide whether to continue with them or go to another place. And by the way she squeezed me for the 1st of November as soon as I mentioned that head office told me they do have appointments but I forgot if it is twice or once a month

I’ve had my braces on for four years now, and I can honestly say this has been one of the most frustrating and disheartening experiences I’ve ever gone through. At every appointment, I’m told “You’re almost done,” yet all that seems to happen is my teeth being shifted back and forth with no real progress. It’s as though I’m stuck in a cycle of unnecessary adjustments that do more to prolong the process than improve my smile. What started off as hope for a confident, aligned smile has become a draining journey filled with disappointment and inconsistent treatment planning. The lack of transparency and definitive timelines makes it feel like there’s no end in sight. Four years is a long time to be strung along with vague reassurances and no tangible results. I wish I had been given a clearer roadmap, more honesty, and a treatment plan that didn’t feel like it was constantly being improvised. If you’re considering this route, make sure you ask a lot of questions and hold your provider accountable. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone else.

Just walked out of their brunch without getting any help .Terrible service at their Fourways brunch , with doctors not showing up and waiting for hours , to their reception staff being rude . Really can’t wait to take these off and never having to deal with sunset dentistry

am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service I received from a staff member named Tshidi at your Soweto branch on 05 May 2025. During our call, Tshidi was highly unprofessional—constantly talking over me and responding in a disrespectful tone when I tried to explain myself. I felt dismissed and not valued as a customer. I have been a loyal client for the past three years, and this is the first time I have experienced such unacceptable behaviour. I believe it is important for management to be aware of how customers are treated. Calls should be recorded and reviewed to ensure that your staff are upholding proper service standards. I hope this matter will be addressed seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to ensure this does not happen again—to me or to any other customer. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
