I purchased a pack of 2 fans at Makro on the 14Feb 2026 and one box was delivered on the 17th Feb 2026 worse i was not even contacted, i found my box by the security room, on the very same day I called the supplier ClicknBuy and they promised to send the other box the next day 18th but didn't deliver, 19th same thing no box, 20th again nothing, 21,22,23,24 nothing. I informed Makro and they advised i do the refund, did that and the box was collected on the 04th March and i was advised that the refund will take 3weeks for funds to reflect in my account. I couldn't wait, purchased another set of 2 fans on the 06th March 2026 while i wait for the refund right, today 10th March one box of fan was delivered again. I rejected the box and asked courier to take it back to the supplier. Escalated the matter to Makro and i am very ****ed with this experience. I will not buy at Makro ever again.
Oh Wow, what an experience!!! since it was a Valentine's weekend, my Husband and I wanted to try a new restaurant we have never been to before and BOOM! #TheHouseOfRibs. The best place to be, the food, service, prices and atmosphere really exceeded our expectations, we have really discovered our new favorite spot and we are definitely coming back for more visits and we are very much interested in trying each and very meal on the menu. Secondly i notice something very sweet, kind and considerate, once the restaurant was about to be closed, waitrons were also given a chance to dish their meals from the buffet stations and enjoy food too, Wow that really touched my heart. #TheHouseOfRibs #OnlyTheBest.
What an amazing experience received from VHI Spa Gateway yesterday. It was my 4 moms, my daughter and myself, we were spoilt rotten and loved each and every moment we spent there. Wow! What a WOW! It was my 2nd visit, the atmosphere was welcoming, communication was very good, my tooth extraction was smooth, painless and stress free. It was my 1st time extracting a tooth, the procedure took less than 15minute,imagine and the whole experience was the best. Thank you Dr KP Mokuele and the Team for the amazing service. Keep up the good work.
Awesome, Friendly and Informative service received. The waiting area is welcoming, a receptionist was happy to assist me as it was my first time. The visit was extra ordinary for me, all thanks to you Noluthando Vilakazi, you were accomodative, friendly, social and displaying passion in what you do. I ordered on the 17Aug2025 anf received my order 1st thing in the morning on the 26th,what a quick delivery. 2.Shein has partnered with Payflex which expanded payment options for customers,wow so thoughtful. .Customs and duties has decreased fron 40% to 20% which makes them more affordable and manageable. Crimal broke my vehicle window 01.05.2025 and i called PG glass for a repair qoutation, i went through to this lovely, friendly, helpful and kind lady by the name of Mbali Mgandela, we chatted, clicked and i even forgot the stress i called for, as it was a holiday insurance qoute was not available but only cash but she took my details and promised to call 1st thing the following day 02.05.2025.you will not believe it 08.30 I received her call and i was assisted. Mbali is a great asset to PG Glass, please take good care of her, people like her a very rare, people just work to get paid but she has exceeded my expectations,very calm and helpful. Thanks Mbals🤗❤️😊☺️
A consultant called me about Nedbank offer where one needs to make 3 atm deposits for 3 consecutive months, any amount and get R1000.i made that and today when i call to find out what's the process to follow in claiming that promised R1000 i am finding out that my account type is not covered in this promo, why was i called from the first place? Im very angry because i have been looking for atms every month just to make this deposits, such inconvenience.
