Received worst service ever on an urgent delivery which was moved by the driver from the 17th and promised to deliver on the 18th. The number the driver called me goes to voice-mail. Call centre is the worst, was on the waiting line for 20 to 35 minutes thrice and when it's my turn to be assisted the the agent drops the call
Bash is the worst online store and will inconvenience you without having second thoughts. Their customer service agents are so *********** and quick to respond without reading to understand your complaint. This is the 3rd time I have been unconvinced
I am in disbelief of what I just experienced at soweto branch today the 20th of September. My daughter's check was rescheduled from the 13th to the 20th. After thr check up she was told she cannot have her check ups on Saturday anymore so she called me as i was waiting for her in the car. Went inside and the lady who was working today told me with attitude that they were accommodating her for Saturdays as they don't take Saturdays bookings for braces hence they rescheduled her appointment from the 13th to 20th September. So she will do me a favor by squeezing her on the 1st of November. Why must Soweto branch treat me like we getting this service for free? Head office came to my rescue to have Saturdays appointment as they initially told me if I can't come during the week I must go to fourways. I paid the full amount and I am told she's doing me a favor by squeezing me and I must diarized the booking. What happened to receiving an sms. May I humble ask Management to look at Saturdays bookings issue at Soweto branch, customer service( They look on her face when i went any inside to ask about thr Saturday booking issue) if Saturday booking is an issue, they should rather tell you upfront so you decide whether to continue with them or go to another place. And by the way she squeezed me for the 1st of November as soon as I mentioned that head office told me they do have appointments but I forgot if it is twice or once a month
The agent that offered me and upgrade was not honest. We did an update for 1 phone but included a sim that's not working and I'm going to pay for 1G for 78 that I didn't even use. I never wanted a data contract and I have been nothing but loyal to vodacom. I'm thinking of canceling all my contracts and move to another network that is going to treat me well.
Worst service ever received from courier company. The don't commit to the delivery deadlines and there's no communication. I was sent from pillar to post and had to use my airtime to track my parcel. Vodacom should stick to Ram couriers

I bought Ryobi chain saw 450mm 45cc gry machine end of July 2024. After assembling the machine, the machine didn't start and I took the machine to builders in Protea to assist me and they couldn't start the machine. I then took the machine back to builders next to Clearwater mall where I bought the machine. 2 people from the store struggled to machine and eventually started. I only used the machine once and it stopped working. I took it back to the store as it is still under warranty but they are now saying I need to pay their supplier to fix machine yet the machine gave me problems from day 1. I then went to the store 2 weeks back to speak management as I was unhappy with their resolution and the the guy promised to call me and it's 2 weeks now without him calling me
If it was not for my loyalty I should have ended my journey with vodacom, their staff are ill mannered and they always force you to take offers. I called now to cancel my contact and instead of being assisted I was forced to take an upgrade I don't need and I am not even sure if the cancelation will go through.
I order Luella bag online yesterday evening and order was confirmed. Foschini realized they have made a mistake by listing the bag with the other bag on sale so today I am told the item is out if stock and my order will be canceled yet their App shows stock availability at 3 stores. Why must I be inconvenience because of the negligence of loading items that are not suppose to be on sale and I have to wait up to 10 days to be refunded
