am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service I received from a staff member named Tshidi at your Soweto branch on 05 May 2025.
During our call, Tshidi was highly unprofessional—constantly talking over me and responding in a disrespectful tone when I tried to explain myself. I felt dismissed and not valued as a customer. I have been a loyal client for the past three years, and this is the first time I have experienced such unacceptable behaviour.
I believe it is important for management to be aware of how customers are treated. Calls should be recorded and reviewed to ensure that your staff are upholding proper service standards.
I hope this matter will be addressed seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to ensure this does not happen again—to me or to any other customer.
