Such Poor Service

What can one say - online shopping is supposed to be easy but I have had such a bad experience.

I ordered tin dog food on the 8 January 2026 - paid got confirmation.

Waiting waiting - no delivery - contact them via email as no telephone numbers work, there online help chat is does not work at all.

I received an email Thursday last week to say my delivery is on the way - is the delivery person walking to me cos 4 days later still nothing.

Emailed again - no response :-)
