What can one say - online shopping is supposed to be easy but I have had such a bad experience. I ordered tin dog food on the 8 January 2026 - paid got confirmation. Waiting waiting - no delivery - contact them via email as no telephone numbers work, there online help chat is does not work at all. I received an email Thursday last week to say my delivery is on the way - is the delivery person walking to me cos 4 days later still nothing. Emailed again - no response :-)
MTN service is so bad - from upgrades to general enquiries etc. I decided to upgrade my contract online which at first seemed ok - then when the agent called to finalize the upgrade, that's when the ums and ah's started, 3 to 10 working days to receive the handset I chose. Systems are often so slow that the process can take hours to get everything done. After some investigating, I found it easier to upgrade through the istore ( still with MTN ) so I cancelled my online upgrade. Boy what a process and yes, they say 5 working days to process - HOW!! It's now been 6 working days and still not done. MTN is the most frustrating cell provider to deal with. No feedback from anyone - just plain frustrating. Just a side note the last upgrade I did instore took over 6 hours hence the decision to try online :-)

Defy products do not last and the replacement spares are ridiculously expensive. I have 3 Defy products that have broken eg Defy 6kg front loader - R2300 ex vat for a pc board excl installation - New machine is R4500. I am too scared to ask for prices for my dishwasher motor. I will never buy another Defy appliance :-)
