I am writing to express my deep concern regarding a serious incident that occurred at your store involving my father, an aged pensioner and loyal customer of over 15 years. Earlier this year, while shopping for his regular groceries, my father fell victim to a pickpocketing incident in your store, where his personal belongings were ******.
We have obtained video footage that clearly shows how his belongings were taken within your store premises. However, when we reported this to the store staff, it was dismissed with the statement that such incidents "happen often." This response is both unacceptable and deeply troubling, considering the store's responsibility to ensure a safe shopping environment for all customers.
My father has been a dedicated shopper at your store for many years, but after this traumatic experience and the dismissive attitude received, he no longer feels safe or valued as a customer. We expect a more serious response from your management to address this issue, including a review of your store’s security measures to prevent future incidents like this from occurring.
