Thieves! Do not buy!

We have ordered solar panels from Suntrix, assisted by Dylan Mbeki on 8 Feb. The panels were going to be delivered on 20 Feb, but it did not happen. I was assured that there has been a small problem with our panels, but delivery would degree take place on 23 Feb. The panels were not delivered, even though Dylan assured me at 12 that the truck was 40 km from our house. I then asked for a refund, but it was not paid. After numerous complaints, Dylan sent us a proof of payment for R5000 ( not the full amount) as the first of our refund payments. The money never arrived in my bank account and there has been no reply from Dylan again after that time. Please do not buy from them!
