Very poor service
Do not use them if you have an alternative. I have bought an item from them on 24-11 online with the indication that it will be delivered within 2-5 days. It is now 8 days later while I get no answer from their phone lines and no reply to e mail requests or any of the given contact options

Excellent service
I had a problem collecting a Pudo parcel within the time frame available and phoned The Courier Guy in Jeffreys Bay. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and found my information within two minutes. They phoned me back within 10 minutes with information helping me to solve the problem. I can highly recommend them.

Thieves! Do not buy!
We have ordered solar panels from Suntrix, assisted by Dylan Mbeki on 8 Feb. The panels were going to be delivered on 20 Feb, but it did not happen. I was assured that there has been a small problem with our panels, but delivery would degree take place on 23 Feb. The panels were not delivered, even though Dylan assured me at 12 that the truck was 40 km from our house. I then asked for a refund, but it was not paid. After numerous complaints, Dylan sent us a proof of payment for R5000 ( not the full amount) as the first of our refund payments. The money never arrived in my bank account and there has been no reply from Dylan again after that time. Please do not buy from them!

Thieves! Do not buy!
Do not trust them and do not buy from them! We have ordered and paid for solar panels. It never arrived ( even after assurance from Dylan that the truck is only 40 km from the house) They offered a refund , then a story about paying off the amount, even providing proof of payment. In spite of that, the money has not been received, the phone is not answered and we are forced to start legal proceedings agains the company and Dylan Mbete. They are con artists and not to be trusted at all.
