I recently took my till to them to link printer and till box,within 3 months I still have the same problem .I decided to take it back and they charging me another money for diagnostics of which the last time I paid almost R4000,when I ask for the manager they giving me an attitude and telling the manager is staying in Dubai.

<p>When my Mother tried to get in contact with you in regards with a problem on her NX-5400 Cash Register she was treated with the upmost disrespect, the emails you sent to my Mother was disrespectfull, arrogant and something that will cost a business a lot of clients. </p> <p> </p> <p>She had a simple problem with her register, and after going throuh the manual and not being able to fix it, she turned to the business that could actually help her but unfortunately your after service is something to be ashamed of. To the guy who replied to the emails, and the guy who spoke to my Mother over the phone, I really hope you don't speak to your Mother like that because I am pretty sure she didn't raise you to disrepect Women like that.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am appauled by the service.</p>

<p>Hi I need assistance.. Boutgh a Defy fridge 2 weeks ago at Stanger Superb wholesaler. It is failing to cool the top (Fridge) part and the bottom (Freezer) is rock solid In ice. I have called Superb and was told to wait 2-4 weeks since defy take their own time in attending matters.... I need a NEW fridge of my full refund. I will not accept that the fridge needs gas it means theres a factory fault and should be issued with a new one or get my money back. My contact number ********** 105 Sindisiwe Khumalo</p>
