If I could, I would give them a 0. What started off as a great journey with rain, has turned into an absolute nightmare and they don't give a **** to be quite honest. It has been 8 weeks of constant complaining and all the respond with is "we have remotely checked your router, place the router near a window, place the router in different locations etc" How many places do you want me to place the router? How many times do you want me to restart it? I only have so many windows in my house to move the router to and yet your so called help is absolutely pointless. You don't care about your customers and our cry for help yet we have to pay our account every month although there is no signal and I spend more money on data than I pay for my RAIN account. You are useless and so is your customer service and your signal/reception. U S E L E S S.
Our Restaurant put in an order on Thursday the 10th of October with arrangements that our order be released as payment for the outstanding invoice hasn't been made yet and will be paid on Friday the 11th. Everything was confirmed by email that our order will be released and delivered and that we will make payment. By 10:10 on Friday the 11th our order was not yet delivered and asked my Manager to phone and ask whether the truck has been to the restaurant yet. I got a call back saying that my order was never released due to payment not being made, yet it was arranged that the order be released and payment will be made. When I phoned to ask what plan they can make to accommodate us, as we complied with the agreement they shrugged their shoulders saying that my R10,000.00 order isn't a big enough order for them to send another truck. This is not the first or second time that this has happened and they don't seem to care. IT WAS NOT OUR FAULT THAT OUR ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED YET THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP ARRANGE THE ORDER GET TO THE RESTAURANT, as a result of that we had very unhappy clients as our nearest town did not have all the required items we had ordered from Fisherman's Deli and we ran out of a few things, which is VERY unprofessional. My R10,000.00 order might not be a big order and will not make or brake your business, but that order that we didn't receive, that made us tell our clients "Sorry, we don't have enough stock" will affect a small business like us, but hey, you definitely do not care. I am very unhappy on how you handled this situation, that you shrugged your shoulders as if it is my problem and left the Restaurant in a very difficult situation, WITHOUT stock. We have been a loyal customer of Fisherman's Deli for longer that 3 years and this is how we are treated. UNACCEPTABLE
<p>When my Mother tried to get in contact with you in regards with a problem on her NX-5400 Cash Register she was treated with the upmost disrespect, the emails you sent to my Mother was disrespectfull, arrogant and something that will cost a business a lot of clients. </p> <p> </p> <p>She had a simple problem with her register, and after going throuh the manual and not being able to fix it, she turned to the business that could actually help her but unfortunately your after service is something to be ashamed of. To the guy who replied to the emails, and the guy who spoke to my Mother over the phone, I really hope you don't speak to your Mother like that because I am pretty sure she didn't raise you to disrepect Women like that.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am appauled by the service.</p>
<p>Phoned Vodacom to query my account that jumped from R2000 (Sept) to R2300 (Oct) to R2800 (Nov) only to have the professional guy working there hang up on me after he told me that my account is high because of Out Of Bundel Rates BUT I never exceeded my call limits???</p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom, NEVRE HAVE I EVER received such shocking service from anyone, anywhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now how am I going to resolve my problem.</p>
<p>I was at the airport 6 months ago and enquired about baby parking for my sister and her then 7 month old child, I was treated with the most disrespect when I asked if someone could help us with parking (even though the green lights show that there is parking available, and just as you want to pull in another car is parked there).</p> <p>I was told that I am not allowed to park on a disability parking even though there where about 6 parking’s available for people with disabilities just to make it more comfortable for us to unload the car with all the baby equipment.</p> <p> </p> <p>So when I wen to drop of my sister (who is pregnant again) and my niece yesterday the exact same problem, but this time some car was parked in a non parking zone and absolutely NOTHING was done to about that. We had to park on the other side of the parking and NO HELP was offered and NO F**K was felt for us.</p> <p> </p> <p>AND THEN, to my surprise I saw a changing room for babies BUT it is just a SH*TTY room with nothing but a chair and a hand washbowl.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wake up OR Tambo and check other Airports and what they offer for people with children.</p> <p> </p> <p>SHOCKING AIRPORT</p>
