Superbalist has refused to honour its own returns policy regarding a defective product. I originally returned this exact pair of shoes due to defects and accepted an exchange instead of a refund. The replacement pair was delivered on 24 November 2025 and also became defective within 6 months.
Despite their policy clearly stating that the warranty period runs from the date of delivery/collection, my refund has been declined based on the order date instead. I have provided proof of delivery and screenshots of their policy, yet the matter continues to be handled unfairly.
What is most disappointing is that this is already a replacement for the same issue, which clearly raises concerns about the quality and durability of the product. Customers should not have to fight this hard to have a straightforward policy app**** correctly.
Very disappointed with the service and lack of accountability.
