I have order an item from them priced R498.60. I received a confirmation of my order and was informed that a tracking number will be sent to me via email and also their banking details for eft payment (the only payment option available). After a couple of days I have not received the promised email, so I sent them an email asking about my tracking no etc......no reply. 2days later I received an email @ 10:42 with this message “ Your order #000016438 has been updated with a status of Processing Shipping orders placed in March April May First -This order will be processed in 1st week June.” The very same day @ 16:05, I received TWO emails with this message “Your order #000016438 has been updated with a status of Canceled.” So, I sent them an email asking why was my order cancelled.....no reply. The following day I sent another email via their website.....no reply. The weird thing is, that nowhere on their website is their an option to follow communication with them. I cant even go back and check for any reply from them or to see my email that was sent to them! Now what I have noticed is, on the same day I wanted to re-order the very same item, which they cancelled, I saw the price now is R 612.00!!! Clearly they cancelled my order as they hiked their prices and did not want to go through with my initial order with the R498.60 price! I would not recommend doing business with Superbuy because, if any problems should arise re your order, there is no way to communicate with them as they ignore/don’t reply to your emails and you might stand a chance to loose your money! Also if they feel like changing the prices they will do so by cancelling your order in the hopes of you re-ordering it at the new price. BE WARNED!
