SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!!! You keep placing an order with them and they keep replying that they will send eft payment info as soon as stock is verified. Then your order is just canceled for no reason! Tried to phone, no luck!! If you go back to the website the item is still listed and in stock!!

This company does not even deserve 1 star... Ive been ordering from them since May and everytime my order is canceled either saying out of stock when it clearly shows in stock on there site and now again my order canceled saying cannot deliver or take orders till after the 15th August.. It's totally unacceptable. They offering a service but fail to take orders and don't even bother replying to emails etc.. Waste of time even attempting to purchase from them, rather purchase elsewhere and be rest assured that you receive good service

This company does not even deserve 1 star... Ive been ordering from them since May and everytime my order is canceled either saying out of stock when it clearly shows in stock on there site and now again my order canceled saying cannot deliver or take orders till after the 15th August.. It's totally unacceptable. They offering a service but fail to take orders and don't even bother replying to emails etc.. Waste of time even attempting to purchase from them, rather purchase elsewhere and be rest assured that you receive good service

You keep placing an order and they keep saying we are checking stock and then suddenly your order is canceled with the reason no stock and with no notification to the buyer. Yet if you go back to their website the items are still listed for sale. Scam artists. Beware!!

I have ordered from them 3 times, Its just a waste of time. After every order I receive an order confirmation with remarks."EFT Bank Transfer Payment. Hi we're are verifying your order items stock is available in Superbuy warehouse ready to be shipped. We will notify you via email to make payment via EFT into our bank account. Superbuy warehouse - Closed Weekends - Closed Public Holidays - Stock will be verified during working hours Mon - Fri 08H00-16H30" I will never hear from them again and a few days later they will mark my order as CANCELLED. I placed an order on their website on the 6th of June 2020. I received an email from them on the same day with status of Verify_Stock_Warehouse. I checked the status a few times and it stated Verify_Stock_Warehouse. Yesterday, the status changed to Cancelled. No reply from them after numerous emails.

I have order an item from them priced R498.60. I received a confirmation of my order and was informed that a tracking number will be sent to me via email and also their banking details for eft payment (the only payment option available). After a couple of days I have not received the promised email, so I sent them an email asking about my tracking no etc......no reply. 2days later I received an email @ 10:42 with this message “ Your order #000016438 has been updated with a status of Processing Shipping orders placed in March April May First -This order will be processed in 1st week June.” The very same day @ 16:05, I received TWO emails with this message “Your order #000016438 has been updated with a status of Canceled.” So, I sent them an email asking why was my order cancelled.....no reply. The following day I sent another email via their website.....no reply. The weird thing is, that nowhere on their website is their an option to follow communication with them. I cant even go back and check for any reply from them or to see my email that was sent to them! Now what I have noticed is, on the same day I wanted to re-order the very same item, which they cancelled, I saw the price now is R 612.00!!! Clearly they cancelled my order as they hiked their prices and did not want to go through with my initial order with the R498.60 price! I would not recommend doing business with Superbuy because, if any problems should arise re your order, there is no way to communicate with them as they ignore/don’t reply to your emails and you might stand a chance to loose your money! Also if they feel like changing the prices they will do so by cancelling your order in the hopes of you re-ordering it at the new price. BE WARNED!

Dear Sir / Lady I have ordered from them twice, and both times it took far longer than they claim on their website to finally arrive - they claim 2-5 days on their website. More like 4 weeks. E-mailing them to support@superbuy.co.za gets no reply. E-mailing them on their website contact form gets no reply. Sending a message on their Twitter account gets no reply. There is always some product on "back order" (never shown on the website - always shows "stock available") when I put in an order, which they simply cancel, but refuse to explain & what to do about it. After my order they claim an answer within 5hours, but take up to 2-5 days, etc. etc. The problems and contradictions to what they claim on their website - which draw customers in the first place - turn out to be all lies. They show NO delivery fees clearly on their website - you have to go through the whole ordering process before you have ANY idea what it would cost you. NO WHERE do they inform you where the package would actually be delivered - I found out purely by accident that they send it to a drop point you have to inform them that is closest to you - NOT TO YOUR PHYSICAL ADDRESS THEY ASKED FOR WHEN YOU ORDER. They refuse to take e-mail proof - (directly from my bank) - from your Bank EFT payment, but waste even more days to demand your payment show in their account first, with which they ALSO TAKE THEIR TIME! When the products finally arrive, one product is missing. Contacting them about this and getting a reply of "no stock available" (but it was in stock when I ordered & paid many weeks ago) takes even more days. I finally asked for a refund that took another number of days, only to find the price almost doubled for that product, if I want to try ordering it again! They have NO CONTACT NUMBER on their website to phone them, either. And not everybody in this poor 3rd world country can afford Whats-app. In the end it takes up to a month and more for your package to arrive! I am DISABLED and very sickly. I am completely unable to jump around for their unreliability and to keep trying to go far to pick up their package much later than they claim it would arrive - online shopping and home delivery is the only way for numerous people like me to do necessary shopping. I am extremely frustrated with their incompetence and untrustworthy. It weighs very heavily on my very poor health. As things are I certainly never refer anyone to do business with them, and I will not continue to buy from them if all this is not solved. Please help!
