Sold me poor quality and dangerous mattress at high price. Refused return at first because it did NOT adhere to their return policy of: "-ITEM IS VERY DIRTY; -ITEM HAS STAIN" Then they actually accused me of exactly that: item dirty / stained when I never did received it back, nor did it have ANY stains or dirt when it was picked up by their couriers from my home when I first returned it. They paid NO attention to my original complaint that it is dangerous and I already fell off it and got injured because of its instability, weakness and poor construction. Instead they continue to accuse me falsely and keep attempting to return this dangerous, useless product to me, and refusing to refund me. This is my explanation for returning it in the first place: "I am in a wheelchair. I cannot even get on that unstable, weak and very uncomfortable mattress without falling off. The sides immediately bends down when you put any weight on it. It is dangerous product which should NOT be allowed to be sold without the sides being strengthened and solidified, or at the very least add a CLEAR warning of its instability. It is UNSAFE!"
Dear Sir / Lady I have ordered from them twice, and both times it took far longer than they claim on their website to finally arrive - they claim 2-5 days on their website. More like 4 weeks. E-mailing them to support@superbuy.co.za gets no reply. E-mailing them on their website contact form gets no reply. Sending a message on their Twitter account gets no reply. There is always some product on "back order" (never shown on the website - always shows "stock available") when I put in an order, which they simply cancel, but refuse to explain & what to do about it. After my order they claim an answer within 5hours, but take up to 2-5 days, etc. etc. The problems and contradictions to what they claim on their website - which draw customers in the first place - turn out to be all lies. They show NO delivery fees clearly on their website - you have to go through the whole ordering process before you have ANY idea what it would cost you. NO WHERE do they inform you where the package would actually be delivered - I found out purely by accident that they send it to a drop point you have to inform them that is closest to you - NOT TO YOUR PHYSICAL ADDRESS THEY ASKED FOR WHEN YOU ORDER. They refuse to take e-mail proof - (directly from my bank) - from your Bank EFT payment, but waste even more days to demand your payment show in their account first, with which they ALSO TAKE THEIR TIME! When the products finally arrive, one product is missing. Contacting them about this and getting a reply of "no stock available" (but it was in stock when I ordered & paid many weeks ago) takes even more days. I finally asked for a refund that took another number of days, only to find the price almost doubled for that product, if I want to try ordering it again! They have NO CONTACT NUMBER on their website to phone them, either. And not everybody in this poor 3rd world country can afford Whats-app. In the end it takes up to a month and more for your package to arrive! I am DISABLED and very sickly. I am completely unable to jump around for their unreliability and to keep trying to go far to pick up their package much later than they claim it would arrive - online shopping and home delivery is the only way for numerous people like me to do necessary shopping. I am extremely frustrated with their incompetence and untrustworthy. It weighs very heavily on my very poor health. As things are I certainly never refer anyone to do business with them, and I will not continue to buy from them if all this is not solved. Please help! OVHD has zero to no customer service & their decoders are of very poor quality, breaking down after only a week. They refuse to reset your decoder or simply won't answer your e-mails. They coul not care less if you live out of town and far from a service centre. So, you have to go without the OVHD that you paid for, which is of extremely poor quality and not worth it any way. OVHD is a rip-off!!
Where do I start!? I became disabled almost a decade ago & that is how long I have been tortured by and struggling with the governments poor, undignified & unhelpful - and absolutely rude & mean - "services", since I am unable to work anymore - and so do MANY other poor, vulnerable & helpless people - even though we STILL pay our taxes all the time. I am in constant pain, chronically weak & semi-bedridden, but are forced by their clinics, hospitals & pharmacies to travel to them up to 4 times a month, walk long distances and wait - often standing up - in unbearable discomfort & on the edge of collapsing, to see doctors or get a repeat chronic prescription, and then only get half of it and having to travel far again, do it ALL OVER again, to get SOME of the rest, because the pharmacy is to incompetent & lazy to send it all to the clinic. Meanwhile their personnel ignore the condition I am in by being hostile and simply disregarding me, when they have posters clearly stating that people like me are given priority. I have often encountered racism as well when they help far healthier people, which came after me, long before they help me. I have been to see so called "authorities" & complained to various others at Universitas & National hospitals in Bloemfontein and the Health department nationally & in Bloemfontein, but are being verbally abused, disregarded and even targeted, because I dared to complain about their unprofessional, disregarding & cruel treatment & attitudes. I am highly trained & educated, but am in fact treated as a ***** and undesirable while I could still be very useful & contribute to society even with my still healthy mind, knowledge & experience – as I have before – given the chance & proper, decent medical treatment. I have experienced personally & witnessed often that tears, begging & collapse has no effect on their personnel. I am at my whit's end. These people destroy every vestige of self-confidence & faith in humanity, and will drive you insane or to suicide. I am not asking for much, just that they do the jobs we pay them for: professionally, competently & with pride, without violating our human rights so completely, and actually executive those statement posters EVERYWHERE on their premises of dignity & human rights. The Health department CANNOT lay claim to all of these prominent statements when there is absolutely zero proof of any of them are in fact present in the actions & attitudes of its personnel, EVER anywhere in any of their medical facilities!! NO so called Human Rights for All are enforced by them anywhere regarding their clients & patients! I NEED to be helped immediately – as they claim - , since I am a crisis patient with diabetes, disabled with at least 2 debilitating, degenerative diseases, in constant, severe pain, shaking from weakness and exhaustion, and live out of town by myself (can't afford closer) & have no family willing or able to do this for me. ALL my COMPLETE medication – which keeps me alive - should be sent to my clinic (Westdene Clinic, Bloemfontein) on time every month – as they claim - to avoid more costly, painful & exhausting travel to get the rest at the hospital pharmacy (National Hospital, Bloemfontein) even further away. I cannot afford all of this financially nor health wise. My useless health continues to deteriorate because of their actions and attitudes. The general public, which are fortunate enough not to be forced to have to use these "medical services", have no idea how we are victimized by the personnel of the Health department on an on-going basis. They might care if they know about it all or have family or friends forced to use their "services". When will our pleas be taken seriously & the Health department be held responsible and forced to stop their abusive attitudes & action, and start doing their jobs – which they get paid for by all of us - effectively, efficiently and with pride and empathy as it should be‼?? I would not & never have treated anyone as ruthlessly and callously as they do. Would you? Would you allow yourself to be treated like that? You would have absolutely NO CHOICE if you are poor & sick. We do not deserve this kind of treatment. No one does. End this evil completely once and for all‼
E & L Express Pharm is situated in Bloemfontein, & pick up and deliver goverment hospital repeat prescriptions to the disabled and poor for a fee. They do not answer back e-mails ********** or sms's or voice mails, and are just about never available on their phone number ********** . They are very rude when you are lucky enough to contact them, and very unprofessional. I have heared of people the refuse to help. They are charging me 4 times their fee because I live just outside of town limits. This time I have sent them an sms Monday & Teusday mornings tried to contact them numerous times & left messages to go and pick up my medication, but no luck, which means I am already out of life saving meds. I am hysterical. I am disabled (semi-bedridden - weak & in constant pain) and have NO ONE that can go & get my medication for me now or in the future. I do not know what to do anymore! 1) They delivered my previous order a day late (this is the second time now); 2) They still ow me a refund or a 5th box from the Ambolt Tool Box Set Of 5 at R99 of wich they only delivered 4; 3) They had the ridiculous amounts of R55,990.99 at the PnP Butchery Frozen Chicken Thighs AND Drumsticks - which, of course, the payment would not go through & I have to pay the cost!; 4) They have NEVER sent me ALL the products that I have ordered, not even close; 5) They have previously charged me double for the same order - for which I had to pay the bank charges & had zero funds for weeks! 6) When I complained, again, about all this, Sumaya Dawson phoned me & promised me that I would not have to pay R60 delivery, but they charged me for it anyway, plus overcharged me for my order. 7) They have also often sent me the wrong products & then refused to exchanged them for what I actually ordered or delayed for so long that I gave up. 8) They have sent me products without their packaging & instructions, or in torn & damaged packaging. 9) Etc. etc. etc. Now, despite numerous e-mails, no one would respond & I am still owed R60 delivery & a refund for or a 5th box from the Ambolt Tool Box Set Of 5 at R99 they sent only 4. This is an on-going battle for years. I am disabled and have no other choice, but to use them, otherwise I would have chucked them long ago. There are no proper words for their level of incompotence!

I ordered, as - as I often do, because I am disabled & semi-bedridden - from Dischem online & paid for it to be delivered at my home, since my mobillity is very limited. I saw by accident that they put on the WRONG delivery address - when they got it perfectly right with my previous order - and e-mailed them about it twice to correct - with zero feedback. Then they gave RAM couriers this wrong address, which delivered it to the wrong address to the wrong person. The Ram courier phoned me when he got to this wrong address to ask me to have the security gates opened, which I did, but there was NO-ONE at the gates. So I phoned him back 2x but first got no answer & second he refused my call, and , of course I got no package. I immedately contacted Dischem to inform them. They simply told me to go get the package myself from that wrong address. I contacted them again, but they simply refuse to answer me back. I have paid Dischem for items I did NOT receive & RAM Courriers gave my package to a stranger. I feel so helpless, dissapointed & angry. I simply cannot afford something like this sinse I am very poor bacuase I cannot work due to my dissibilities. Can somebody PLEASE help me?
CLIENTELE LEGAL: Be extremely wary of Clientele. I have had only trouble & empty promises from them from day 1. And when I tried to finally use their services I have been paying for all this time, they had all kinds of excuses and were very rude to me. Out of pure frustration I cancelled their services about 2 months ago in writting and over the phone, but they simply ignored me and are STIILL stealing their amount in fees from my useless FNB account, which I also cancelled with FNB 3 times already. I don't know what to do anymore. I am legally disabled, semi-bedridden and, thus, unabled to work & very poor. I simply cannot afford to loose a R170 a month to a dishonest, incompotent, useless CLIENTELLE at all. How do I stop them from continuing to ***** me & get my prescious money back? Can someone please, help me?
