Nightmare
Their Bloemfontein depot is very helpful and gives great service. Their delivery service to Upington and the agency that they use is unfortunately a complete nightmare from beginning to end. You have to keep asking them for updates, even though they said they will keep you informed or come back to you. Then the package is out for delivery and then they have no idea if it is. Then you have to ask the driver only to hear " O, we still have loads more deliveries to do" It seems that they have 1 driver to Upington and all the surrounding areas. No feedback or no coming back to customer even after stating this is what would happen. It is one huge shambles and the customer receiving the parcel and the customer who booked the delivery are the losers. This reflects badly on the customer who uses them and leaves a sour taste for those receiving the parcels

Dubious company
It is easy to use, but the rest is a horror story. You can contact them and they decide when and if they will reply. They state payouts are within 1-2 days. Not true! App**** for payout but, first, it was account not verified, then pending approval, and now it is audit review. Their response I got from them was it can take up to 2 weeks for the money to appear. It has been more than a month and still no joy.

HORRENDOUS SERVICE
I was contacted by Mondo at the end of August for a MTN upgrade. Unfortunetaly it was an LTE router that does not work where I live. It was returned within the cooling down period. The contract was to be cancelled without disabling my current data contract. I contacted them when I realised the contract was not cancelled. I was contacted by Prince Ndlovu and he was very friendly. Unfortunetaly it is now Novemeber and still this is not completed. First they had no proof that it was returned. I send them the waybill and got the info needed on DSV waybill site to confirm that it was delivered and received by MTN. Then I was told MTN had to cancel this. NOW I am told MTN by one operater and then DSV by another operater has to complete and cancel this. Only to be told a short while ago that if they cancel this I will be without data. O and before I forget that it would be better if I went to a branch to do my upgrades. This for somebody who lives far out of town and can only go into town once a month with a lift. REALLY FREAKING AWESOME!!!! This was not what I was told from the start. THIS HAS TO BE THE ABSOLUTELY WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE DELT WITH AND THE PROBLEM IS THAT THEY ARE DRAGING MTN'S NAME THROUGH THE MUD AS WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DISGUSTING MONDO
Although MTN is a faboulous company, the same could not be said for MONDO. First the give me a laptop deal. I get billed for 2 months and threathened that my line will be suspended. SUPRISE I did not receive any laptop at that time. Then I did an upgrade on my data contract. I was given and LTE router ( which does not work where I am and was not told this) in July 2022. I cancelled this 2 weeks back when I tried to do an upgrade on my data contract. Last Tuesday I received an LTE router (yes the one from July). I immediately called and cancelled this. I was told they will investigate this and come back. NO REPLY NO NOTHING. After I contacted them again I was told I still have to wait and they can't do anything until the cancellation is completed and they can only come back next week. Then the deal which I applied for is no longer valid. The BIG problem is that this reflects badly on MTN and IT IS NOT MTN'S FAULT.

How the great have fallen!!!
It used to be a great site to do surveys and earn points that can be exchanged into different vouchers from the 15th to the 14th of the month and within 10 to 15 days after the 15th you would receive your voucher. For a few months now the vouchers have been late and when queried you are informed to look in your junk or trash folder. I have done this before contacting them so as not to waste unnecessary time. Now this month I received a mail on the 15th informing me that my voucher is being processed, but it will take 20 to 30 days before receiving it. When have they decided to change this and with no advance notification to their members? Now it takes twice as long to receive your rewards and this makes them very unreliable. If you want to change your terms, please have the decency to advise your members. If you put the surveys on your site, you have obviously received payment for this so, why do we have to wait so long for the payments suddenly!!
