Sub standard and very few surveys
They could autocomplete previously answered questions but they don't and therefore you have to repetitively reanswer the same questions. How many times do you need to say I am X years old? If you are lucky enough you may get 1-2 surveys per week.

NON PAYMENT OF SERVICES RENDERED AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I completed a survey about 2 weeks ago and was told that I would receive an SMS with whatever voucher of whatever incentive for that particular survey. I went back to writing email to say that my details have changed and even went so far as to change them on the website. I then received another email for the same survey and sent another email to ask for assistance and to check if I should still continue taking the survey since I was still waiting for remuneration for the first survey? No response till now yet I keep receiving emails for everything else. It sucks and hurts that I took my energy, time and data to complete a survey that will be used for the client but I receive extremely poor customer service.

AT FISRST THE SITE GAVE A FEW OPITIONS TO COMPLETE SURVEYS , I HAD REACHED A POINT WHER I COULD WITHDRAW 3 GIFT VOUCHERS ON 3 SEPERATE DAYS, THERAFTER WHEN I WROTE TO VALUED OPINIONS BECAUSE I WAS NOT GETTING ANY SURVEYS , I RECEIVED A EMAIL STATING THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED AND THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE A REASON. SO I HAD MY ACCOUNT DELETED AS FOUND THERE ACTIONS UNPROFFESSIONAL . SO I RATE THIS SITE 2 STARS.

SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNT WITHOUT VALID REASON
I HAD REGISTERED ON THIS SITE ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO. IN THE TIME THAT I WAS A PANELIST I WAS INVITED TO DO A SURVEY THAT PAID OUT A HIGH AMOUT OF POINTS . AFTER COMPLETING THE SURVEY MY POINT BALANCE WAS HIGH ENOUGH TO REDEEN 3 GIFT VOUCHERS SO I DID . AFTER THE REDEMTION I WAS NOT GETTING ANY SURVEYS AND COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHY, SO I WROTE TO THE MEMBER SUPPORT ON THE SITE. THEY RESPONDED BY SAYING THAT THEY HAD SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT WITH NO VALID REASON. I HAD NO OPTION BUT TO CANCEL MY MEBERSHIP. IT SEEMS THAT THIS SITE ONLY ALLOWS YOU TO REDEEM POINTS ONCE. I HAD REACHED A SILVER LEVEL AND WAS 1 OF THE BEST SURVEY TAKERS ON MY WAY TO ACHIEVE MY DIAMOND LEVEL ON SURVEYS BUT THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT. I CAN ONLY RATE THEM AT 2 STARS AS I FEEL THERE ACTIONS WERE UNJUST.

easy to make points with a few easy surveys - payout in takealot vouchers.
I am daily on Valued Opinions taking surveys. They have the takealot voucher option for payout if you reach 550 points or more, you can redeem your points for a R100 takealot voucher. some surveys pay up to 120 or more points, so a few surveys get's you your first voucher easily. Almost all of the surveys I have taken, I have qualified for so it's more guaranteed.
