I completed a survey about 2 weeks ago and was told that I would receive an SMS with whatever voucher of whatever incentive for that particular survey.
I went back to writing email to say that my details have changed and even went so far as to change them on the website.
I then received another email for the same survey and sent another email to ask for assistance and to check if I should still continue taking the survey since I was still waiting for remuneration for the first survey? No response till now yet I keep receiving emails for everything else.
It sucks and hurts that I took my energy, time and data to complete a survey that will be used for the client but I receive extremely poor customer service.
