Honestly disappointed in the service of this store, it's the 1st time purchasing from them and they quick to contact you if they see abandoned cart but 1ce you make a purchase there is no communication at all...I purchased a item from them on the 24th June and there has been no communication since then, no tracking number given and no way of getting hold of them as when you call the number listed it keeps saying high call volume and the person is not available and if you click option 2 for deal hub it's the very same thing, it's truly a scam ..as a business owner myself I feel it's totally unethical and unprofessional way of dealing and I will actually put in a dispute with bank as this is honestly not acceptable service, they don't respond to emails either... It's not a way of running a business, if you cannot fulfill a order then kindly atleast let a customer know but with reliable store there is no communication or way of getting in touch with them.. I would advise against purchasing from them as a 1st time buyer this is terrible attitude for a business and goes to show enough
This company is by far the most pathetic ever, there website should be removed and I will take steps to have it done as they are robbing people of hard earned money, they have a verified business account with standard bank and I have raised concerns with standard bank as to how they can allow a fraudulent account of which standard bank will be looking into and hopefully will freeze there account, there telephone lines don't go through, watsApp non existent and don't bother to respond to emails unless steps are taken and even when you do receive a response there is no apology or explanation just delaying tactics.. I have went with filing a dispute case with standard bank and hopefully should get somewhere and just possibly will stop robbing people , if they cannot provide a service then they should not run a business or have a website and continue taking people's money, they are dishonest and I feel it should be dealt with as clearly the reviews tells it all.. cannot go unnoticed and continue this fraudulent business and get away with it.. I've previously ordered from this company and had the same experience and only after several complaints I then received a apology and my order as well as a promise to never repeat and so due to that I decided to give them another chance and purchase which I definitely regret however this time round I will definitely take steps to have this resolved 1ce and for all and to save future people from being robbed as this cannot continue going on and this business cannot continue at this
Most pathetic experience ever for a 1st time buyer, I was sceptical of purchasing from this company due to all the reviews I read but then I recieved assurance from a fruugo assistant and I decided to give them a fair chance despite the reviews ,which I now come to regret.. upto now I gave got no feedback or update on my order,neither do I have the option to even track the item yet I paid shipping fees, I cannot even view my account history on the fruugo website ..I jeep putting in a request direct to the retailer and I recieve job response..I keep emailing fruugo and the replies I recieve are they have updated my request and put a request with retailer and when they revieve feedback will let me know, saying to check with my local post office or neighbours if they collected on my behalf...seriously pathetic service.. I have not recieved my order and had there been any delivery I am available to collect,had the pist office got the order I would receive a notification letter however that is not the case...I am truly disappointed and regret my decision of giving them a chance..does not even seem that they will refund me as everytime I request I do not recieve a answer to it...please if there is anyone out there considering buying, I would not advise you to unless you prepared to have endless hassles
This Is a update from my last review, my query was resolved very well and I was sent a apology letter as well as a 10% discount on my next purchase..I recieved my order on estimated date given and I am very pleased with the way Manicaa resolved my query and assisted me.. I will definitely purchase again from them & this I'm saying after having a issue which was resolved very quick in the best possible way
I am so glad I've read all the reviews on Fruugo prior to ordering, I was actually about to pay for my order and backed out after reading all the reviews especially since I see none are replied to, which says so much of a business.. Had there at least been responses I would not doubt however seeing that they don't even bother to respond to customers is really terrible service.. Seems I should go ahead and purchase elsewhere
I'm beginning to think I've made a mistake ordering from Manicaa after reading all the reviews and also noticing myself that I am not receiving a response from them via watsApp yet it shows online also there telephone line does even go through at all and they have not responded to any messages I've left online or email.. I've placed a order yesterday and paid for it and it's not showing on my order page I'm unsure why as I did add my email address but did not log in upon Checking out and now I'm concerned I cannot view my order status also I did not receive any email with confirmation besides for payfast email with payment confirmation.. I'm worried and not herring any response from them especially considering it shows online on watsapp yet they won't respond to me I feel that is terrible service on its own
This company does not even deserve 1 star... Ive been ordering from them since May and everytime my order is canceled either saying out of stock when it clearly shows in stock on there site and now again my order canceled saying cannot deliver or take orders till after the 15th August.. It's totally unacceptable. They offering a service but fail to take orders and don't even bother replying to emails etc.. Waste of time even attempting to purchase from them, rather purchase elsewhere and be rest assured that you receive good service
I've ordered for the 1st time on Karibaa.com and expected to get some sort of feedback with regard to my order.. Ive got no feedback whatsoever from them despite sending several emails, also the number on the website says 24/7 customer service but no service whatsoever as it goes straight to voice mail.. I understand delays due to COVID-19 but atleast GIVE FEEDBACK.. Very very disappointing service for a 1st time buyer
Worst service provider, infact don't even deserve any stars... Half the time no network and due to that I requested canceling my account as I have went with a alternate service provider. My account is being debited even after canceling and receiving a email from rain stating that it will be canceled as of end June, they have canceled my sim but debited my account 1st July and shows that next debit will be 2nd August.. This is totally unfair and fraudulent.. I have sent several emails without any response and also tried calling but the number does not go through.. I don't know what to do further, my only option is to cancel my bank card & go through the process of getting a new card which is a battle but rain has left me no choice.. Pathetic service
