Cell C - the worst service provider ever!!!

Having complained and having put several messages for the public to see...i have now received an email from Cleopatra Thathaisa to say they could not contact me and so are closing the service request.....I have been sitting by my cell phone and my land line the whole morning........

Could this situation get any worse?
