I have been trying to contact First National Bank in order to determine why a payment that has been made by myself on numerous occasions from my business account doesn't get honoured!!!! I have spent hours waiting on the phone for someone to help me....but nothing helps. I have tried to request for someone to call me back but apparently this isn't possible....
I booked flights online through the edreams website - everything was great for the booking. I realised that there were not bags included with one leg of my trip. I have been back onto the website, and clicked on the button 'Add a bag' the website has been saying this for over a week now - so I called the number it said I should call in order to complete this purchase. Having called the number - I waited on the line (whilst constantly being put on hold) for over 20 minutes. When I complained about the amount of time the call was taking, the call was cut straight to rating the call......so, after a week...I still don't have bags!!!!! reference number RVYQFW - for an online facility - this is really disappointing!
I have contacted travelstart numerous times in order to get refund for a flight that they incorrectly continued with booking. I was assured last week that the booking had indeed been cancelled but that Travelstart was waiting for Mango to to the refund (Melanie Tuesday 5th of Feb). My mum (who I booked the ticket for), has received confirmation of her booking from Mango - saying they are expected to travel on Tuesday the 12th to Durban....clearly nothing has happened and I am still not getting a refund!!!
I tried to make a booking via Travelstart for my elderly parents on the 6th of February.....having inserted their details and made the booking, funds were deducted from my account, rejected, then deducted again and rejected. I left the website - thinking something was wrong and proceeded to make another booking through another service provider...using a different card. Some time later, I received another message from the bank saying that Travelstart had removed further fund from my account. I phoned them and explained the situation on the 6th (same day), the 7th, the 11th, the 20th and now the 21st...still no refund and no communications from the about how and when they will refund me.
Absolutely dreadful service!! I have requested the cancelation of my ADSL since September last year - end of January and I am still being charged for it!!! I have not had a working land line since the beginning of December - reported the fault three different times using different methods - and still at the end of January - no line!!!!! Telkom - this is the last straw - I am cancelling everything with you!...if I ever can!????
I have tried again to cancel my adsl with Telkom - still nothing from them and no way to do this. I wrote about this ages ago and got a response: AI ********** (reference number)...saying this was in hand and someone would contact me - still nothing
I cannot speak to a human being who is able to actually cancel my adsl. I have phone the helpline number that comes on the bill....to be directed to 3 different numbers - each with different options...and when you push the options you are supposed to and finally speak with a person...the person cant help me!!!! Absolutely NO surprise I want to leave their service
Cell C has called me without knowing what the problem is. They have now (after limited contact for the last days) sent me a long list of things they want me to do to 'test' their networ**** This is surely part of the service that we are paying for??? Cell C fibre and fibre support is just terrible. I cannot see how difficult it is to get a technician to the property to srt out the issue or identify the issue themselves. I work full time and do not have the time to do Cell C jobs for them. my advice to anyone is to avoid them!
Having complained and having put several messages for the public to see...i have now received an email from Cleopatra Thathaisa to say they could not contact me and so are closing the service request.....I have been sitting by my cell phone and my land line the whole morning........ Could this situation get any worse?
I posted last week with regards to fibre that has been installed in my house over a week ago........Cell C is so bad at providing support and fixing the problem....I am still without the ability to use the internet for anything other than emails....no follow up, no support and still no answers on the phone!!!! ADVISE TO ALL FIBRE CUSTOMERS - DONT USE CELL C their customer support doesnt exist and the fibre doesnt wor****!!!
