I am honestly getting tired of this now, from my last complaint nobody called me with a resolution!!!! I am sick and tired this is beyond disgusting. I was advised that you do not debit on the 1st so I said okay debit me on the 6th but to date no debit has gone of you are still debiting when you feel like it!!!! this does not sit well with me as it affects my credit score please sort yourselves out i will not be contacting no call center as im tired of doing this to no joy.
Till today nobody has advised me if my new phone has insurance or not and I requested this the time of purchase. Guys get your camp right this is just now ridiculous. who is going to pay for the rejected debit orders?????? please let me know or else take your phone cancel mu contract so I can have PEACE again in my life.
