I sent my phone in for repairs in October, I was told the phoned could not be fixed and had to pay an access fee which I did but since today I still do not have a phone. All I am getting is stories after stories oh accompanied with attitude. This whole situation was not handled properly from the start and this is turning out to be a headache in my life. I have kids to worry about I should not be running around begging the insurance people for a phone. they had the audacity to want to give me a downgrade which I declined! If my phone is out of stock should I not be getting a phone with the same specs?? A samsung A21 is a joke I declined that phone when I was doing my upgrade why will I want it now for a more expensive price??? I have requested to be contacted but no one ever does instead today someone said I must call them???????????????????? imagine when I do they closed. Guys maybe customer care is not a priority however i would like my phone by the end of business tomorrow latest with no stories. I want an A30s 128gigor you can give me a A31 128 gig if not please cancel my contract and refund me my money as I have been patient enough this is just taking advantage!!!!!! Pathetic service !!! Thank you to Candice from Davenport for trying to help me, I appreciate it.

I am still waiting for feedback from my email i sent on the 19th of February regarding the fraudulent account opened in my name. To date no one has responded to the email I have sent and no one has answered. Can I please have a way forward as I need this sorted as in yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!

It seems as if you guys just love hearing from me because no matter what somehow I get *****ed over. I called in on the 1st of February asking why was my account not debited and the lady assisting me assured me this will be rectified allas my phone is block I cannot use it. Are you guys so incompetent that a simple task of debiting a customer's account cannot be done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please open my line as it is not my fault you failed to do your JOB and I am sick and tired of the pathetic service I have been getting of late. This is my 4th contract with you and will certainly be the last, this past months have been nothing but a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hi, I am not sure where to begin so let me get straight to the point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not have any dealings with MTN and I do not wish to. I find myself getting calls and texts about me owing MTN over R20 000 for a contract???????????????????????? I have explained this to the rude agents that call me and disturb me at work, I have been to an MTN store requesting assistance but was sent from one place to another mind you I had just had my second surgery thought it would not be such a hassle but this is now a nightmare as now my credit score is being affected and I am being sworn at by your nice consultants. I do not have an MTN contract nor do I wish to have one!!! I potted my number years ago so please can this be resolved ASAP as its affecting my peace. This is beyond irritating and I would like this to be done with. How were my details obtained and why nobody phoned me to confirm this contact??? how can one person owe so much for a damn phone ??? I have never lost my ID so tell me how the hell did I go to overport city to take a contract when I do not even know where that is???
I am honestly getting tired of this now, from my last complaint nobody called me with a resolution!!!! I am sick and tired this is beyond disgusting. I was advised that you do not debit on the 1st so I said okay debit me on the 6th but to date no debit has gone of you are still debiting when you feel like it!!!! this does not sit well with me as it affects my credit score please sort yourselves out i will not be contacting no call center as im tired of doing this to no joy. Till today nobody has advised me if my new phone has insurance or not and I requested this the time of purchase. Guys get your camp right this is just now ridiculous. who is going to pay for the rejected debit orders?????? please let me know or else take your phone cancel mu contract so I can have PEACE again in my life.
I would just like to know who changed my debit order date from the 1st to the 30th?? I specifically advised that I get paid on the last date of the month it could be the 30th or the 31st this is why I said my debit order should be the on the 1st of every month! Now I am told my account was debited on the 29th ??????????? seriously guys I thought this was sorted long ago as I have not had this problem in so long. I had to hang up with the consultant that is helping me as she put me on hold for long. Please can this be sorted out as I will not be debited twice next month. I am still waiting for feedback regarding my insurance for my upgrade as I asked for the P8 to be taken out and for the P20 to be added but till today NOTHING!!!
Good day<br> <br> I called in to the customer care line spoke to Khensani,wanted to find out why was I charged R153 when my contract is for R50. This girl was so arrogant she screams at me not wanting to listen to me but I must listen only to her basically she is dictated .I requested she gives me a chance to speak because I dnt understand how all of. A sudden my bill tripled in one month! She tells me I must call in on the 18th so I can cancel whatever it is she was talking and I was not hearing it I mean TRIPLE. It's like when ever I call in for assistance with something somehow I always end up being screwed over and I am really really tired and frustrated about the service I've had overall its just ridiculous I cnt take it anymore. Please can this be sorted out as I can be going through this and you as the customer are suppose to be calm and just take the abuse well I'm tired of it,please cancel whatever it is that is added to my contract I only took the R50 package because I wanted to keep my insurance now I'm painfully regreting it!!
