I order a Huawei Y3 Gellihug Cover online, the item was delivered 2 days later, I found out the cover did not fit a HUAWEI Y3 2018 phone, I arranged with Customer Service (Sadie) to arrange for me to fit other covers that would possibly fit, it took a day just for their warehouse to pick 2 covers? I then arrange to come and try the covers on myself the following day to only find the stock was not picked when I got there, this still had to be picked. I then waited after trying the different covers I rather requested a refund as none of the covers would fit, I gave in the cover still in perfect condition and the original packaging as well as the documents I received, I then left and spoke to Sadie via email and provided me banking details for the refund, I was then advised the refund will be processed within a week,after sending numerous emails and phone calls she said she would revert back urgently +- 09H00 +- 16H00 I was advised via email the refund was sitting with the director, I called in and spoke to a Mark Jocobs and assured me he would get back to me which also didn't! Today 8 days later I have asked again why my refund is taking so long. The service is very very poor and I will never in my life again order from Cellular Mall neither QD Cellular which is the same place. I am really disappointed in such service and all the run around and waiting for a refund to the value of R199!!
