Superior Canvas & Shades service delivery
Excellent service from start to finish, friendly and helpful. They installed a shadeport over our jacuzzi and one in front of our house. Thank you Morne, Andre and the whole team. You guys were awesome, and an excellent job was done. Wow!!!

Superior Canvas & Shades service delivery
Excellent service from start to finish, friendly and helpful. They installed a shadeport over our jacuzzi and one in front of our house. Thank you Morne, Andre and the whole team. You guys were awesome, and an excellent job was done. Wow!!!

Poor service
Just to follow up on my previous review. Yesterday on 7 Feb. They came back to put my shadenet back after it took them a week to add a drop on the one side. After they put it back i realised that they put the drop on the wrong side as the net is not square. So the also installed it the wrong way. I contacted them and send pictures. Now i'm waiting for their feedback because it look very bad and the cable torn the net because they had to stretch it to fit. I am speechless. What a mess. This is going on for three weeks now.

Poor service

Poor service delivery.
I contacted Superior shades to install a double shadeport. They came and gave me a quote and i paid the deposit the same day. After a few days they came and put up the poles. Another few days later they had to come to finish the job. This is where the problem started. They phoned me and said they were stuck in traffic and won't make it. So i waited untill the next day. They came and did the job but the net was wrong. They were supposed to add a drop on one side that was not there. They spilled a can of paint on my paving. Now today 2 weeks later they were spposed to bring the net back but they can not make it. They are to busy somewhere else. So i'm going into week three with no shade net and a very big splash of paint on my driveway. I won't recomend them to anyone. My next step now is legal action.

I am in the market for a cantilever shade and based on the excellent reviews this company received I emailed them to make an appointment. I duly received a reply asking when I was available or to let them have measurements? I replied when I was available and that was that. So one has to wonder where these reviews came from. Because if the company cannot follow up on an appointment how would one trust them to do an installation.

We received outstanding service from Superior Shades & Canvass in relation to the installation of two shades recently.
