I went to Lancet Edenmeadows Greenstone. Attitude of sister in charge stinks. When I arrived she very rudely told me to wait outside. Later a young lady came to fetch the form and asked me to complete. Half an hour later I got up and took my form to go elsewhere. The sister just looked at me. There were no patients except for a lady who must have been staff lying with her head on the desk. Unhygienic. Besides which sitting outside on a chair in a shopping centre is not safe.
I wrote previously I had had an accident at Aronia. Subsequent to this Aronia has phoned and advised they accept full responsibility for the accident and will pay all my medical expenses. Thank you Aronia for your unreserved assistance
I always wondered if Takealot genuinely publish the bad reviews. Well they don’t. I bought a fidget spinner with flashing lights for my grandson. It fell apart on opening and was difficult to put back together. An absolute piece of junk, an embarrassing present and very expensive. I have tried 2 reviews on takealot on the product and so far they haven’t published one of them. Conclusion is the reviews on takealot are censored
We went to Build a Bear this morning at 4 ways mall. Sandton a lovely experience for the children. Sweet helpful staff. 4 ways couldn’t be bothered to serve. Lady standing chatting to staff at tills and assistants. Playing with a balloon and completely ignoring us. Had to go and ask for assistance. Eventually a very nice young man assistant came to help. What an attitude the lady has. Won’t go back to 4 ways. Someone with this kind of attitude should not be working in a toy shop
One reads all these horror stories and the terrifying reviews of Baragwanath. My brother was critically ill and was sent to Baragwanath by his specialist as he said it is the best hospital in the country with the best doctors and specialists and his only chance of survival. . I was absolutely beside myself at his being sent there. I only have praise for the doctors and nurses that we dealt with. We were treated with absolute compassion and kindness. My brother could not have had better care anywhere else. Sadly he passed away and our next hurdle was the mortuary. Again I was worried about what we would be confronted with. The staff in the mortuary were kind and compassionate and did everything in their power to assist in spite of the conditions they have to operate under. And the many hurdles they have to overcome in assisting. I am sure that there are sections of Baragwanath that are scary and no one wants to go there but there are sections that meet world class standards.
Pathetic and useless company. I cancelled my contract because they so useless. Days without reception and you supposed to deal with a robot on What’s app because consultants never come on line. I returned my modem on the 21st June and true to form they now threatening to charge me R1000 for non return of modem. Return of modems is an equally pathetic system. Drop in box outside door and fill in a form. No acknowledgment of receipt no dealing with staff. Open to theft and abuse. This company is completely and utterly useless
Pathetic service. While you spend hours trying to deal with a robot you are offline and than eventually one managed to get a technician to respond. And than they go off line and the menu comes up again and you start all over again. Monday morning I will cancel this service.
I am in the market for a cantilever shade and based on the excellent reviews this company received I emailed them to make an appointment. I duly received a reply asking when I was available or to let them have measurements? I replied when I was available and that was that. So one has to wonder where these reviews came from. Because if the company cannot follow up on an appointment how would one trust them to do an installation.
Spent 7 hours trying to sort out a pervasive problem with Pastel. What company can afford that kind of downtime. Absolutely pathetic service. Call centre keeps putting down phone or putting you back on hold. Calls drop. Pathetic. Time to move onto a company that can do the job and take my 22 clients with me.
Pathetic service. Staff not trained and disinterested. All standing around chatting to each other. Trappers don’t deserve to be supported. Went to Cresta this morning and bought a jacket when I managed to interrupt one of the cronies they had no idea how the jacket folded into the pocket. This company is beyond pathetic.
