On 18 November 2025 my wife took her Hyundai I10 to Brakpan tyre & auto (POINT S) to change the left front wheel bearing. While they were busy they came out with the cv joint outer and said the threads are stripped we should get a new cv joint. Later he came back and said on the inner cv one bearing is missing but she can drive the car like that. This was obviously not possible as the car was shaking so much because the whole cv ran off centre. This cv was broken by them as the car was not shaking and vibrating before they worked on that. She returned the car and told the owner what the problem was. But the owner denied that her staff made a mistake and the got rude insulting my wife telling her how white people are bad useless because she is lying and just want to rip them off. The owner then demanded more money for labour after my wife went to buy another cv joint.
I did a review on 29 Jan about my powered speaker that i took in for repair at Cash Crusaders Carnival mall. They contacted me the following day and said my speaker will be returned the following Monday 5 Feb. I went to collect but there was no trace of my speaker and no one could give me any answers as to what happened to my speaker. The next fair step is that Cash crusaders should replace my speaker with a new one as it is clear they either damaged mine more or they lost it. It is just fair that they replace it after all this time. DXNPRO MS-5382R.
In November 2023 I took a 15 inch Dixon pro Active speaker to Cash Crusaders at Carnival mall to send in to be fixed because it would not switch on. Now i am still waiting going to the third month. They can't tell me what the problem is with the speaker. They gave me a phone number that does not work. As they can not give me any answers i dont know if it went missing or if it was ******. This is very unprofesional from cash crusaders.
On 27 sept i got migrated by mondo via someone who hacked my mtn account to a data contract so that he can use my data. I am still waiting for mondo to fix my vontract to what it was before. I opened a ***** investigation with mtn and they found that mondo migrated my acount via a Kevin Swarts. Mtn blocked this person from my contract but it seems like mondo don't want to change my contract back. It makes me wonder what is mondo's real share in this whole ****. Please be aware of mondo.
I placed a order of wich all products were in stock. On the app they showed a delivery date on 31 Aug. After i paid the order they changed the date to 5 September. I contacted them but they never came back to me.
Just to follow up on my previous review. Yesterday on 7 Feb. They came back to put my shadenet back after it took them a week to add a drop on the one side. After they put it back i realised that they put the drop on the wrong side as the net is not square. So the also installed it the wrong way. I contacted them and send pictures. Now i'm waiting for their feedback because it look very bad and the cable torn the net because they had to stretch it to fit. I am speechless. What a mess. This is going on for three weeks now.
I contacted Superior shades to install a double shadeport. They came and gave me a quote and i paid the deposit the same day. After a few days they came and put up the poles. Another few days later they had to come to finish the job. This is where the problem started. They phoned me and said they were stuck in traffic and won't make it. So i waited untill the next day. They came and did the job but the net was wrong. They were supposed to add a drop on one side that was not there. They spilled a can of paint on my paving. Now today 2 weeks later they were spposed to bring the net back but they can not make it. They are to busy somewhere else. So i'm going into week three with no shade net and a very big splash of paint on my driveway. I won't recomend them to anyone. My next step now is legal action.
Good day. I have been in contact with bova for almost a month now to try and order a pair of safety shoes and socks. They gave me a companies details and i contacted them to make an order. Nothing happened after two orders mailed to them. I contacted Bove again an they said one of their salesman would contact me but up till now nothing. So Bova what is the problem?
The 135 phone service at mtn is very poor. I need to cancell a contract that was upgraded by someone via a phonecall in my name but their cancellation department just don't answer any calls. So what can i do? I must just pay up or my other lines get suspended. Mtn must catch a wakeup.
