SUPERIOR SPA & BATH - NO AFTERSALES SERVICE
After spending R80k on a spa - have been begging for 4 working days for them to make an appointment with me to have a technical problem fixed. They keep promising tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow.... still waiting.
Their service when selling me the unit was amazing - but once you have purchased they leave you on your own. A pity since their spa's are amazing - but unfortunately they offer no Aftersales service.....

I sincerely apologize, this was supposed to be passed on to the service department from your WhatsApp messages but it was not done. This is not a frequent issue, unfortunately it didn't happen due to a tough week at the office. We will contact you immediately to get it sorted out as soon as possible. I am very sorry for the poor service experience, this is not the kind of service experience we aim for.
