Superpump refuses to take responsibility for damage
Very unprofessional and disappointing service from Superpump. Their technicians replaced my pool pump, and while the system was working perfectly beforehand, my pool timer stopped working immediately after their installation. Their response was simply: “it’s an old system.” That excuse is unacceptable. Regardless of age, if something is working and your technician damages it during the job, the responsibility lies with the service provider — not the customer. Now I’m expected to pay for a new timer because of their negligence. This lack of accountability shows poor customer care. I cannot recommend Superpump based on my experience.

NO SERVICE AT ALL
I laid a complaint with them personally, and I laid a complaint on Hellopeter in which they were copied, I have also warned them about legal action that I will resort to should all other measures fail. The manager Wimpie Duursema and the owner Hermen Cremer are making a joke out of the Problem.

the worst service ever
This is not the first time I had a bad experience with them. The owner Herman failed to correct his staff members' incompetence, and left all my calls and e-mails unanswered, No after-sales service ...... No customer relations ...... I will NOT recommend Superpump. with thanks Jan de lange

Superpump Gezina
Do not ever use Superpump in Gezina, absolutely no after sale service. Had a solar pool pump installed by them, called them 3 times as the system does not work, after 5 months system still does not work, called them today,they can maybe come back in two weeks time but can give me no advice but go to the manufacturer of the pump and let them sort it out. I woul not recommend this bussiness to anyone, stay away.
