Superpump refuses to take responsibility for damage

Very unprofessional and disappointing service from Superpump. Their technicians replaced my pool pump, and while the system was working perfectly beforehand, my pool timer stopped working immediately after their installation. Their response was simply: “it’s an old system.”

That excuse is unacceptable. Regardless of age, if something is working and your technician damages it during the job, the responsibility lies with the service provider — not the customer. Now I’m expected to pay for a new timer because of their negligence.

This lack of accountability shows poor customer care. I cannot recommend Superpump based on my experience.
