Bad Service

I checked my till slip to find to my dismay that I was charged for 2 x R38.00 Krispy Kream instead of 1 box and 1 box custard doughnut R27.90 by your cashier Unathi.I queried it the next eve.with evidence of the custard doughnut box with Supervisor Michelle Jarvis who told me she will have to check my purchase on camera after I explained my situation.Would I now come all the way from Wynberg to do the query which was about R10 difference.I felt like a ******** waiting for the results of the camera check.Believe me I seriously won't return to your store,just because I was doubted by Michelle Jarvis.Please try and let your cashiers do a decent job then this would not have happened.Your Supervisor Michelle Jarvis has a stinking attitude towards the customers.I told her Pick n Pay would never have humilated me like Michelle did.
