rude manager and unprofessional manner of dealing with customera

I placed an order online, to only get a call from the manger to to advise me they won't be able to process my order due to them who false advised a product that I did buy on the same day.

I'm so angry by the way I was treated by the store Manger Daniell not only was she unprofessional but she was rude ans laughed at me while I was trying to get my point across, spend 3 hours on the phone with no solution because she thought she thought she could bully me in to agreeing to her terms im just angry that a store manager have no way of speaking to a customer and was so unprofessional when I was stating facts to why I believe they wrong, they **** to me over the the phone and secondly they false advised a product and tried to make me out yo be a lier, they rude and have no way of speaking yo loyal customers.
