Good morning. I'm still waiting for the refund. So disappointed I Makro service, I placed an order over the week and I had items missing again how is this possible? Makro online store is way beyond ridiculous, so I don't have 1 issue now I have to queries that don't seem to get resolved. How do I take this further because this complaint of mine is not being resolved. My first query been going on for a month now still no one is helping me, and on top I have another query with a order I received but I got items that was also missing. The whatsapp and email system don't work, and when you try to phone they drop the line, someone by the name of Galima Arend did email me to say will get my money but i never received anything and on top she is not replying to my emails, Makro customer service is poor, I just want my money from both orders which I had missing. Wow I'm so disgusted at the service from Makro ottery. I order items at the start of December, I received it but had an item missing, I WhatsApp them, emailed this is my second complain on hello peter I even compliant to the ombudsman but Makro is not resolving my query. I want my refund for my missing items is almost two weeks now and I'm disappointed at the customer service from Makro
I order stuff on Sunday, was advised that will be shipped and delivered by Tuesday. It's Friday still did not get my items tried to call and did escalate it on WhatsApp no feedback no one is coming back to me. All I want is my money back for items I paid that I did not receive
I'm so disappointed in the service bit kingsmead. I order shoes, on the arrival the shoes that was sent to be had no straps attached to the shoe, I tried to take it back in store I was advised that I need to contact the online team and they will arrange for collection, I did that shoes was collected was promised by refund but still haven't received it. Why is it so easy to take our money but so hard to process or refund our money back to us.
I have a on going query with makro that's seems like it can't be resolved. Been getting calls everyday explaing the same thing over and over again but it seems like Makro staff just don't understand how to handle this simple query. It's almost a month you sent me the wrong product, which means fault is on your side, returned logged you fetched the product it was confirmed via email the product is at the store and my money will be refunded. Now I'm hearing all different kind of stories I want my money enough is enough you have the product at the store so why is it so hard for Makro to refund my own money . Disgusting service

I order from makro a pasta bowel to my suprise they send me a a white tray that's not even a bowel, on top of that I order a baking tray with a lid I got the baking tray but no lid this is unacceptable, now you want me to log a return and if it's up to your standards you will accept my return, that's unacceptable why should I wait for my money when makro otteey was at fault you send the wrong items now you telling me that I need to wait to get my money back and if it's up to makro you won't refund my money. This is ridiculous the fault is with you, I want my refund processed before I log a return because I have no faith in makro as you didn't even know that you send me wrong items but also send me an item without a lid
I am extremely disgusted and disappointed with the service at Steers Kroomboom. At 18:10, I placed an order for 10 Wacky Wednesday meals. The TV screen that usually shows when orders are ready was broken. I waited an entire hour for my food, and if I hadn’t gone to query why it was taking so long—and why customers who ordered after me were being served first—I would probably still be waiting. Only then was I told that you have to hand in your slip, even though orders were being called out for collection the whole time. When I asked to speak to the manager on duty, Patience, the staff refused to call her. When I finally got my order and returned home, the food was cold and the rolls were stale. I am beyond disappointed—after waiting an hour, I received old, cold food. This is completely unacceptable.
I ordered towels online by game. The shop that it game from was stallenbosch, my query is so simple but it's been going on for almost a month now, I order 6 sets on towels, three got cancelled as it was out of stock yes you did refund me that money, but when my order game I was supposed to get the remaining three but only got two sets which mean I'm a set short I was promised calls and a refund but whenever they call I'm unable to pick up as I'm working. I gave them a specific time that they can contact me or we can chat via email but to no avail, my query just can't be resolved, how difficult is it to understand I had one item that was missing, and I was promised a refund but still waiting on it, I have all the emails, really disgusting with the poor service of game and the stuff especially the store the item came from I want my query resolved and money refunded as I'm wasting an entire month just to get this sorted.
I signed up for the takealot free trail but they took money from my account, it clearly stated money will only be deducted after the free trail ends l, all I want is my money that was taken from me, takealot is scheming people in to signing up for the takealot more but ***** your money once you start the free trail. I want my money back
I'm disgusted with pick and pay ottery hypermarket, I have a complaint with them since last week and it hasn't been resolved I was promised a refund from them but still waiting on the refund in order beef steak but they delivered pork clearly beef and pork is not the same, it even had a pork stamp on it, I had to throw away R300 and something worth of goods away because of the unhala meat I did query it was advised will get my refund as I ordered beef but the packer selected pork. All I want is my money back from pick and pay hyper ottery, why is it so easy to take our money but so hard to refund our money back
