Good service

It was scary to once again try out a new company, but I must say I'm impressed. We ordered a large trolley from them in 2021 that was quite expensive, and they delivered it in good condition. Even though they accidentally delivered it to the billing address (in the Cape) and not the delivery address (in Pretoria), they rectified the problem within days and delivered it to the correct address. It was easy to contact them and they were apologetic.

We ordered another item from them recently in 2022, and they delivered that item on time and in good condition as well. This is a legit company doing its best to satisfy customers. Don't hesitate to make use of their services.
