Suft4 cars should stay off the beach and focus on customer service
Shocking that this tipe of unwilling customer service still exists! Don't expect to even get your vehicle up for sale on their Web page. I loaded my advert and then after day 4 of it still being pending I tried to enquire by sending an email. 24 hours later and no response, I then made a call to their offices. The very incompetent and must say very poor knowledge of how to communicate in the English language receptionist eventually said all their sales staff are currently busy and my call will be returned. Another hour passed and I attempted to call again. This very same receptionist said the manager will return my call. When I enquired as to when this will happen, I was merely told she doesn't know. Only to find another 24 hours later that my pending advert which was still mysteriously disappeared. I wonder how they can actually afford salaries, if they don't even load ads to sell vehicles... I'm sure circuses back in the day functioned better.

Untrustworthy car sales site
Shocking website and service! They allow fraud, thieves and stealings of peoples hard earn money. Many has reported auction auto that advertise cars for sale on this website, also they trade under other names. People pay dwposits and then do not receive the cars. Case opened at SAPS, FRAUD DEPARTMENT AT BANKS and we are busy to contact Carte Blanch to investigate. IF ANYONE has been scammed by anyone on the listing surf 4 cars, let us know.

Untrustworthy car sales site
Shocking website and service! They allow fraud, thieves and stealings of peoples hard earn money. Many has reported auction auto that advertise cars for sale on this website, also they trade under other names. People pay dwposits and then do not receive the cars. Lies, untrustworthy and incompetent stuff
I was announced as the winner on Facebook live i inboxed the page, but they have been ignoring me since then. I tried so many times to tag them inbox and even made a post about them but they are not responding to me. I didn't expect this from such a big company

Surf4cars - shady agency, DO NOT TRUST
Their website provides you with a panel to contact the seller. If you do this, they will automatically sign you up. They do not give you the opportunity to make an informed decision. I’ve requested telephonically that they remove my details as I did not agree to have my information stored. I made this request to two different call centre agents, I’ve even logged a support ticket that is ignored. Maybe I should log a few support tickets daily until they take note. Beware of shady agencies that want your details. A one star is still to high.

Fraudulent ads
Most of the dealers on Surf4cars are the same place with different names. Beware of any ads from the Johannesburg CBD area. Sammy,OBI, Frank,Sky world etc. All the same fraudulent place with cars with incorrect mileage. Beware!!!!
