I have read all the reviews on Hello Peter regarding the Mahola app. All the complaints seem to have the same problems . I am another disgruntled app user, experiencing the same problems. And no response from the Manhole team.... Think they need competition. Please can somebody design a similar app that Actually works!!! Please!!! Many people have interest in such an app. Everybody wants to save money. It a win win, and the competition will have the manopaly. Face it Mahola is no competition!
I must say, mu husband is an employee at one of the branches, and the ill treatment him as a staff member gets inside the store, as well as ZERO support from management is unacceptable. And don't get me started about their poor HR department. This is not a business that should be supposed. Their doors should close down
Waited one and a half hours for our burger and milkshake order from Brooklyn Brothers. Phoned the restaurant to complain to a manager. They said they can't do anything about it. The milkshakes were waterish and the burgers cold. Never again will bolt get my business
Shocking the level of customer service you receive. I placed an order for a filofax refill for 2023 on 20 December 2022. By the 5th of January 2023 I tried to find a an online customer care number on the Internet, because my order which was paid for was not delivered. Yet Only found their Facebook page. Sent them msgs via Facebook messenger. It is the 15th of January and still no order were delivered Found the item at PNA this weekend. Now I want my money back. Tomorrow is another fight with CNA - they don't give their identity on Facebook messenger. Thieves!!!
After getting the assessor out in order to get my car sold to this company I was told after assessment was done that, based on photos that the assessor sent to the office, they were not interested in my vehicle. The paint looks like it was in a major accident Based om my Mercedes Benz mechanic, that info is total bull **** and this company has no idea what they are talking about. I am now sure that they couldn't afford my car and had to tell foolish lies like that Bunch of idiots running that show Totally not recommend
Shocking that this tipe of unwilling customer service still exists! Don't expect to even get your vehicle up for sale on their Web page. I loaded my advert and then after day 4 of it still being pending I tried to enquire by sending an email. 24 hours later and no response, I then made a call to their offices. The very incompetent and must say very poor knowledge of how to communicate in the English language receptionist eventually said all their sales staff are currently busy and my call will be returned. Another hour passed and I attempted to call again. This very same receptionist said the manager will return my call. When I enquired as to when this will happen, I was merely told she doesn't know. Only to find another 24 hours later that my pending advert which was still mysteriously disappeared. I wonder how they can actually afford salaries, if they don't even load ads to sell vehicles... I'm sure circuses back in the day functioned better.
I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. 10/10 for King Price, services from beginning to end have been absolutely great, in this day and age I can't say enough good things for this insurance company. Great value and great staff. Kind regards Craig 👍
Used this company to upgrade my nav system and after they butchered my vehicle I have had to spend R2000 to replace the wiring harness that they destroyed. Appalling service once the system did not operate correctly and had to have it removed after 48 hours.
they advertise themselves as the galaxy co. on social media the person that will be in contact with you is called Lourens Kruger. please be aware it is a scam. what I tried to purchase from them was a moon lamp. when i got a bit nervous regarding when delivery will happen (that was 5 days after purchase) a certain Mr Lourens Kruger promises that, because of black Friday, they are very busy and delivery should happen either that same or at the latest the next day. the very next day after not receiving delivery) i got in contact again with the very same Mr Lourens Kruger. he went as far as giving me a tracker number with delivery company "The Courier Guy". Surprise surprise... that tracker number does not exist. when I tried to see if there was a contact number or a physical address where i could at least go and meet or speak to this Lourens Kruger, to my surprise again... none of the previous mentioned is available.. BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM!!!
